Scope
This policy describes the calculator interface and contact form on this site. Hosting, WordPress, security, backup and other enabled services can process technical information necessary to operate the website. This page is not a claim that no server logs or cookies exist.
Calculator inputs
Calculations run in your browser. The calculator does not intentionally submit entered grades, credits or course labels to our server. Avoid entering student IDs, private transcript details or other unnecessary personal information into optional labels.
Optional browser storage
Save on this device stores your selected mode and inputs in local storage only when you choose that action. Someone using the same browser profile may be able to load that saved work. Delete saved work removes this site’s calculator save from that browser. Clearing fields alone does not delete a saved copy.
Downloads and clipboard
CSV export creates a file on your device; copying a result uses the browser clipboard when available. Exported files and copied information are outside the saved-work delete control. Manage those copies yourself, especially on shared or school devices.
Contact messages
The contact form collects the message and any name or reply email you choose to provide. It stores submissions privately in WordPress for the administrator to review. A short-lived anti-spam limit uses a salted hash derived from the request IP address; hosting systems may separately log request information.
Cookies and technical data
WordPress may use cookies for administrator login and website functions. Hosting and security systems can receive IP addresses, browser details, timestamps and request paths. No advertising or analytics account has been configured by this calculator theme itself; the site owner may add services later and should update disclosures accordingly.
Third-party links
Institutional policy links and other external pages have their own privacy practices. Following a link sends a normal browser request to that destination. We do not control how those websites collect or use information.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Contact the site administrator through the contact page to ask about a message you submitted. Provide enough non-sensitive context to identify it. Do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial request. Retention depends on the purpose of the message and the site’s operational needs; backup copies may persist until their normal rotation.
Changes and children’s information
This educational site does not require students to create accounts. We do not ask children to submit personal academic records. A parent or guardian can contact the administrator about information submitted in error. This policy may change when website features or services change; last editorial update: October 27, 2026.
