This information applies to GPAcalculator and its educational tools.
Educational use
You may use the calculators and guides for personal educational planning. Use the site lawfully and avoid disrupting its availability, attempting unauthorized access or submitting abusive or malicious content.
No official academic decision
Results depend on your inputs, chosen scale and simplified assumptions. We do not verify transcripts or decide admission, graduation, scholarship eligibility or academic standing. Your institution’s published rules and official record take priority over an online estimate.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to explain formulas clearly and correct reported errors, but cannot guarantee that every example matches every grading policy or that the site is always available. Review important calculations independently before relying on them.
Content and reuse
Original site text and presentation may be protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Institutional names and referenced material belong to their respective owners. Linking to our educational pages is welcome; do not reproduce substantial content or misrepresent it as an official institutional resource.
Submitted messages
Only submit material you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential student records or account credentials. The administrator may review messages to address feedback and may remove spam or abusive submissions.
External resources
Links to universities and other resources are provided for context. We do not control their content, availability, policies or subsequent changes. A link is not an endorsement by the linked organization.
Limitations and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a promise of a particular academic outcome. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. The owner may update these terms as features change; last editorial update: October 27, 2026.
